Brenna Isman

Brenna Isman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Academy Studies at the National Academy of Public Administration, Brenna Isman provides strategic leadership and oversight for project study teams, guiding the development of work plans and methodologies. Previously, as a Senior Advisor/Project Director at the same institution, Brenna Isman led projects focused on organizational assessment and performance improvement for Federal agencies. With prior roles at The Ambit Group, Shorey Public Relations, American University, and Mercer, Brenna Isman has consistently demonstrated expertise in organizational analysis, communication strategies, and development of training programs. Educationally, Brenna Isman holds an MBA in Organizational Development from the Kogod School of Business at American University and a BS in Human Resources from the University of Delaware.
