Dylan Rebstock

Dylan Rebstock has extensive experience in program management and operations within national security and public policy sectors. Currently serving as a Program Officer at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, Dylan oversees research projects addressing critical scientific community issues and facilitates collaboration among various stakeholders. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the National Security Agency, where responsibilities included managing a 60-person team focused on intelligence priorities in Latin America, representing the agency in high-level forums, and mentoring new analysts. Dylan's background also features campaigns and research internships, enhancing skills in community outreach, political mobilization, and security studies, with academic credentials in Public and International Affairs, Security and Intelligence Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, and History & Government from the University of Texas at Austin.
