Udara Perera is a seasoned public health professional currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine since May 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Director at the National Quality Forum, where responsibilities encompassed strategic oversight from September 2020 to April 2023, and involvement with the American Public Health Association as Maternal and Child Health Section Councilor from September 2019 to September 2022.
