Kate Merillat

Kate Merillat serves as the co-owner and CFO of One Love Minerals, a South Florida company specializing in unique gemstones and minerals since March 2021. With extensive experience as a private nanny and home manager since January 2010, Kate supports children of varying ages and those with medical and behavioral challenges. As a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with the National Academy of Sports Medicine since January 2018, Kate works with diverse clientele across all fitness levels. Prior experience includes roles as an executive administrative assistant at a private company and as assistant manager at LA Fitness, highlighting strong organizational and customer relations skills. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Arlington and multiple associate degrees in related fields.
