Amber Murphy

Amber Murphy, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with over 20 years of experience in managing complex projects across various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager III at NASCO since August 2011, Amber oversees an average of 15 concurrent projects, focusing on comprehensive project management tasks including stakeholder communication, budget management, and risk assessment. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Dewpoint, where Amber was instrumental in implementing a Business Intelligence solution for the Michigan State Police, and Project Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where Amber successfully developed a Self Funded line of business with an $800k budget. Amber's earlier experience includes significant contributions at Trinity Information Services and Chrysler, reinforcing a solid foundation in project leadership and operational efficiency. Amber holds a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from Walsh College.
