Charlene Carswell

Charlene Carswell is an accomplished Sr. Business Analyst with extensive experience at NASCO and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). At EDS, Charlene held the role from May 1989 to September 2006, successfully completing the Systems Engineer Development program. Major responsibilities included facilitating customer meetings to gather business needs, creating Scope and Requirements documents, and mentoring Business Analysts during testing phases.
