Jeremy Kilburg

Jeremy Kilburg is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in system programming and client support. Currently serving as a System Programmer 2 at NASCO since September 2013, Jeremy previously worked at IBM as a WME, MQ/Broker, Datapower specialist, where responsibilities included managing client server support operations and addressing problem and change tickets. Jeremy's military background includes a role as TSGT in the United States Air Force, focusing on voice and data networks, firewall management, and systems administration. Early career experience includes positions as a Customer Service Representative at Sedgwicks CMS and a Service Tech at La Motte Telephone Company, establishing a strong foundation in customer service and technical support. Jeremy holds degrees in Electronic Systems Technology and Liberal Arts and Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force and Clinton Community College, respectively.
