Kelly Lowder Baldwin, PMP, serves as the Principal Implementation Lead at NASCO / Lowder Consulting, LLC since October 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the resolution of post-implementation issues for a Pegasystems-based platform and successfully implementing a complex SaaS solution.
