Leslie Puente

Leslie Puente is a Business Systems Analyst at NASCO since March 2023, leading streamlined processes for over 1,000 contingent workers worldwide and enhancing data validation protocols. Previously at CSG, Leslie served as an IT Business Support Analyst in Security Operations, managing log collection and monitoring alerts while also interning to improve productivity and conduct phishing training for a global employee base. Earlier experience includes providing Level 2 IT support at the University of the Incarnate Word, assisting over 10,000 users with technical issues. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cyber Security Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word, earned in 2022.
