Rich Zenker has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. In 2019, they began working as the Business Development Director for National Advisors Group, an insurance industry focused, full service, data-driven direct marketing agency. Prior to that, they were the Vice President-Direct Marketing at AIG from 2012 to 2019, where they oversaw high-profile, multi-million-dollar accounts and exceeded renewal revenue targets. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as the Vice President - Specialty Products Division at RBC, where they maximized revenue opportunities in bank/insurance marketing and direct response markets. From 1999 to 2010, they worked in two roles: Senior Vice President at WNC Direct Marketing Group and Vice President at Chartered Marketing Services / Intersections, where they brokered sales of insurance and membership products at 40 top tier financial institutions. From 1986 to 1999, they were the Senior Vice President at Liberty Life Insurance Company, where they led a 100 million-dollar business unit marketing insurance to several hundred banks and mortgage companies.

Rich Zenker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Wagner College. Rich also holds certifications from the State Insurance Departments that allow him to be licensed in 50 states and the District of Columbia for Life, Accident & Health, Property, Casualty, and Surplus Lines.
