Celia Hagerman

Celia Hagerman, CFRE, serves as the Sr. Director of Major Gifts at the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, where development operations and strategies have led to exceeding fundraising goals in 2022 and 2023. Previously, as Vice President of Development at the Center for Urban Renewal and Education, Celia restructured the development department, achieving record revenue growth. As Senior Philanthropy Director for the American Cancer Society, a comprehensive fundraising strategy resulted in over 21% net revenue growth. At The Florida Holocaust Museum, Celia implemented effective development systems, achieving significant revenue increases across multiple channels. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at the American Red Cross and the University of Salamanca General Foundation, where substantial fundraising successes were achieved through collaboration and strategic planning. Celia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and additional degrees in Pharmacy and Business Administration.
