Shalom Mulkey

Shalom Mulkey currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer at the National Alliance to End Homelessness since September 2008. Prior to this role, Mulkey held various positions including Executive Director at St. Luke's Shelter and Director of Administration and Programs at St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Mulkey also has experience as a Local Program Coordinator at Mennonite Voluntary Service and as a Business Manager and Executive Assistant at N Street Village. Mulkey holds a BA in Communication Studies from Westmont College and a MPA in Nonprofit Management from George Mason University.
