Euan Finlay

Euan Finlay currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Brown and Caldwell, a position held since March 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President at Jacobs, assigned to the CH2M Integration Management Office, and various senior leadership positions at CH2M from 2001 to June 2018, where notable contributions included establishing a global design center network, directing the Transportation Business, and managing the successful divestiture of the Enterprise Management Solutions Group. Euan Finlay’s career also includes a tenure as National Design Manager at Eurobell, overseeing design operations for part of the UK cable TV network. Euan received a Bachelor of Science degree from Kingston University from 1990 to 1994.
