Lauren Shelton

Lauren Shelton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2006, they worked at Harbourton Mortgage Company as a Loan Set-Up specialist. In 2007, they transitioned to Chicago Title Insurance Company, where they served as an Administrative Assistant until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Lauren worked as a Paralegal at Sher, Cummings & Ellis. Lauren then moved on to the National Apartment Association, where they held the position of Legal Affairs Paralegal, starting in 2011 and continuing to the present (no end date provided). Additionally, Lauren served as a Contributing Writer for Ask Miss A from 2010 to 2011.

Lauren Shelton holds a diverse educational background. Lauren began their studies at George Mason University in 2007, where they obtained a Paralegal Certificate in Paralegal Studies. Lauren completed their undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS) degree. Following their undergraduate studies, Lauren enrolled at Arcadia University from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued their passion for Creative Writing. Lauren obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing.

Additionally, in 2023, Lauren obtained certification as a NALA Certified Paralegal from NALA - The Paralegal Association, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
