Leah Cuffy

Leah Cuffy has a diverse work experience in the research and property management sectors. Leah currently holds the position of Director of Advocacy Research at the National Apartment Association since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Research Analyst at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023, and as a Research Analyst from February 2019 to January 2022.

Before joining the National Apartment Association, Leah worked as a Senior Research Assistant at the Diana Davis Spencer Foundation from April 2017 to February 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Research Associate at CoStar Group from August 2016 to April 2017.

Leah also gained experience in property management as a Leasing Consultant at Equity Residential from August 2014 to July 2016, and as a Property Management Intern at UDR in May 2014.

Leah Cuffy pursued their education at Washington Adventist University from 2011 to 2016. During this period, they successfully obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
