Lynett Smith, CAM

Lynett Smith, CAM has extensive work experience in the rental housing industry. Lynett started their career in 2014 at Atlantic | Pacific Companies, where they served as a Community Manager and later took on the role of an Onboarding Coach and Trainer. During their time at Atlantic | Pacific Companies, Lynett was responsible for enhancing the onboarding experience and performance outcomes of new associates. Lynett also worked as a Webinar Host at Multifamily Insiders in 2021. In 2019, Lynett participated in the NAA Diversity Leadership Program at the National Apartment Association, which allowed their to develop as a leader and gain a better understanding of cultural backgrounds and unconscious biases. Lynett joined ECI Group in 2022 as a Lease up Property Manager/D&I Specialist before moving on to become a District Manager at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. Currently, they are working as a Multifamily Manager at Alpha Management Partners.

Lynett Smith, CAM, has a solid education history with a focus on business, management, leadership development, marketing, and related support services. In 2021, they obtained a Master of Business degree from Western Governors University. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Diversity and Culture from Gordon State College. Lynett also has an Associate of Arts degree in Education and Teaching, which they received from Gordon State College from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lynett has two notable certifications. In 2019, they became a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association. Lynett also completed the NAA Diversity Leadership Program offered by the same institution in November 2020.
