Conservation Project Manager at National Aquarium

Hallie Carter is an experienced conservation professional and volleyball coach with a background in environmental science. Currently serving as Conservation Project Manager at the National Aquarium since May 2015, Hallie has played a key role in implementing conservation initiatives across Baltimore and the Chesapeake Bay Watershed, alongside technical support for the Conservation Programs department. Hallie's previous roles at the aquarium include Conservation Coordinator, Conservation Technician, and various guest engagement positions. In addition to conservation work, Hallie has been coaching volleyball at Strive Volleyball Club since November 2019, focusing on the development of young athletes. Hallie's early experience includes project management in the medical and environmental consulting sectors, along with coaching roles in volleyball camps. Hallie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
