Amir Drissi

Amir Drissi is a skilled Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in employee development and training within various governmental organizations. Currently employed at the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration since April 2023, Amir previously held significant roles at the USDA, including Employee Development Specialist and Personnel Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from assessing training needs to managing personnel actions. Additional experience includes serving as a Training and Performance Specialist at the U.S. Department of the Interior and a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator at the Bureau of Land Management. Amir has also contributed to community engagement as an Outreach Coordinator for Peoria Public Library and has a diverse background in technology consulting and event coordination. Amir holds a Bachelor of Communications from Eureka College.
