Michelle Brown

Michelle Brown has extensive experience in archival work, currently serving as an Archivist at the National Archives and Records Administration since May 2004, where responsibilities include processing textual collections of national historic value and providing detailed documentation for public access. Previously, Michelle held the position of Expert Archives Technician, offering reference services for diverse military records and training multiple archives technicians. Prior to joining the National Archives, Michelle worked as a Research Specialist II at Vandover, delivering customized research reports for individuals entering new careers or relocating. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 2004 and 2006.
