Pat Franklin

Pat Franklin has extensive experience in arts education, having served as the Supervisor of Visual and Performing Arts at Newport News Public Schools since December 2001. In this role, Pat Franklin oversaw visual and performing arts education before retiring. Additionally, Pat Franklin was an influential leader at the National Art Education Association (NAEA), serving as President from 2015 to 2017 and then as Past President from 2017 to 2019.
