Samantha Melvin

Samantha Melvin is an experienced education consultant with a robust background in art education. Since August 2015, Samantha has operated independently, while also serving as a lead presenter for the Center for Educator Development in Fine Arts from 2009 onward. In addition, Samantha holds multiple roles with the National Art Education Association, including art educator and coordinator for the Instructional Resource Gallery. In the Texas Art Education Association, Samantha has acted as Membership Vice President and Elementary Division Chair. Prior to these roles, Samantha worked as an art educator in Burnet Consolidated Independent School District, contributing to the District Advisory Committee and specializing in gifted and talented programs for fourth and fifth grades. Samantha holds a Master of Arts in Art Education from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Michigan.
