Howard Marks

Howard Marks is currently the Vice President of Environment, Health & Safety at the National Asphalt Pavement Association. Prior to this role, Marks served as the Director of Health Safety & Environmental Affairs/Product Stewardship at Koch Industries/Koch Materials Co. With a background in Environmental Health, Environmental Law, and Environmental Toxicology, Marks has a strong academic foundation to support their work in the field.
