Levar Martin has an extensive background in urban planning and community development. Levar has held various roles at the National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders, including Chief Program Officer, Director of Programs, and Senior Program Manager. Levar also has experience as a Sales Manager at Ameri-Form Inc. and as an Intern at the City of San Antonio. Levar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Urban Studies from Trinity University, a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and has completed the NeighborWorks America Achieving Excellence Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
