Service and Initiative Management

The Service and Initiative Management team at NALP is responsible for overseeing public service initiatives, managing member services, coordinating interactions with members, and planning meetings and sponsorships. They work collectively to support the professional development of legal career professionals, ensure fair and ethical hiring processes, and promote diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
