Jimmy Zhang is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Takeda, responsible for leading a centralized talent acquisition function and designing innovative recruitment strategies. Zhang also serves as the Executive Sponsor for Building Asian Leaders (BAL) TRG, providing guidance for personal and professional development. Previously held roles include Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, and Interim Head of People Analytics at Takeda. Prior experience includes leading People Strategy, Analytics, and PMO at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, as well as various positions at Biogen and Thermo Fisher Scientific focused on HR operations and analytics. Zhang is currently a PhD student in Leadership at Bentley University and has obtained multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Business Analytics from NYU Stern School of Business.
