David H. Layer

David H. Layer is currently the Vice President of Advanced Engineering at the National Association of Broadcasters and an AdCom Member at the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society. David H. previously served as an Associate Manager at COMSAT Laboratories. David also has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University in circuit analysis and communications engineering lab. David H. holds a MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
