Michelle Duke

Michelle Duke, CCDP, has extensive experience in leadership and diversity development in the broadcast and newspaper industry. From their role as President at NAB Leadership Foundation to Chief Diversity Officer at the National Association of Broadcasters, Michelle has demonstrated strategic and tactical leadership in expanding diversity initiatives. With a BS in Journalism from Middle Tennessee State University, Michelle has successfully managed budgets, personnel, and created numerous programs to enhance diversity in the industry.
