Richard Collins

Richard Collins serves as the Founder and Pastor of Open Arms Outreach Ministries of NEPA and Open Arms Christian Fellowship of NEPA since May 2013, where responsibilities include developing and implementing outreach programs and preparing Sunday Worship services for live webcast. Additionally, Richard Collins holds the position of Administrative/PA Coordinating Elder at the National Association of Christian Ministers, also since 2013, acting as a liaison between state fellowship ministers and the national level, while participating in the Ministry Team to approve new members and ordain ministers.
