Diana Erani is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and health informatics. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the National Association of Community Health Centers since September 2024, Diana previously held leadership roles at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, where responsibilities included overseeing healthcare data analytics and operational assistance across numerous community health centers. Prior experience also includes leadership positions at Healthcare for the Homeless in Houston, where Diana managed operations to provide integrated care for the homeless population, and various roles in healthcare management and consulting. Diana's educational background includes an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in International Relations from Boston University.

As a leading national health care advocacy organization, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) supports community-based health centers and the expansion of quality and cost-effective health care for the medically underserved and uninsured.
