Nalani Tarrant PMP, MPH has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Starting from 2013, they worked at the Lupus Foundation of America, DC/MD/VA Chapter as a Manager of Patient Services. Their responsibilities included developing project plans, managing daily patient services operations, and improving processes for efficiency and quality.

In 2014, they joined the American Association of Poison Control Centers as a Project Manager. Nalani assessed organizational issues, conducted workflow analysis, and managed vendor offerings for project implementation.

Moving on to 2015, Nalani joined the American College of Emergency Physicians in various roles. Nalani served as a Project Manager for Quality Collaboratives, ensuring the timely implementation of project activities and negotiating contracts with partners. Later, they became a Senior Project Manager, collaborating with leadership to identify areas for improvement and unifying staff across departments to support project implementation. Finally, they became the Director of Measures and Quality Collaboratives, overseeing activities aligned with established goals and developing key relationships with stakeholders.

In 2020, Nalani joined the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). Nalani started as the Deputy Director of Research Projects, coordinating with partners and preparing work plans and progress reports. Later, they became the Deputy Director and then the Director of Social Drivers of Health, where they focused on addressing social determinants of health at a national level.
