Debi Roth

Debi Roth CIA serves as the Director of Education Programs at the National Association of Corporate Directors since September 2023 and is also an Independent Consultant at Debi Roth Consulting, LLC since March 2023. Roth's extensive experience includes over a decade at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., where roles encompassed Director of Product Development, Managing Director of Curriculum Strategy, and Managing Director of Global Standards & Guidance, among others. Key accomplishments include developing innovative conference programs, ensuring NASBA compliance, and leading quality assessments that exceeded budget expectations. Roth's career also features positions within WellCare Health Plans, AirTran Airways, FedEx Services, Pilkington, and Sky Financial Group, alongside participation in the IIA Learning Solutions Committee. Roth holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Toledo and has pursued further education at Purdue University Northwest.
