Scott Armstrong

Scott Armstrong serves as the Director and Board Chair at Puget Sound Energy since August 2015, leading Washington state's oldest local energy company. Additionally, Armstrong holds the position of Director and Vice Chair at Delta Dental of Washington, which aims to transform the oral health industry. In 2025, Armstrong began serving as a Director for the Arcora Foundation and the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship, supporting equitable health and education initiatives. Armstrong also contributes as an Investment Review Board Member at SpringRock Ventures and as a Director for the NACD's Northwest Chapter. Previous roles include Director at Macro-Eyes and Board Chair and Chief Executive at Concure Oncology, along with an extensive tenure at Group Health, ultimately serving as President and CEO. Armstrong's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Hamilton College.
