Tem Adeyemo

Tem Adeyemo has over 20 years of experience in IT operations and delivery, solutions architecture, applications and DevOps, and database engineering. They currently hold the position of Director of IT Operations & Delivery at NACD. Prior to this, Tem worked as the Director of Solutions Architecture and Director of Applications and DevOps at Element Fleet Management. They also served as the Head of IT Platform Operations at the same company. Before their time at Element Fleet Management, Tem was the Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Maxin Systems, where they oversaw service delivery and managed a team of technology consultants. Earlier in their career, Tem held positions as Manager of Application Administration and Lead Systems Administrator at Laureate Education, Inc. and as a Database Engineer at the University of Maryland.

Tem Adeyemo has a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Prior to that, Tem obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bowie State University. Additionally, Tem has a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which was obtained in January 2012.
