Leah Rivera

Leah Rivera, CMP, has extensive experience in event management and conference direction, currently serving as the Director of Conferences for the National Association of Counties since February 2025. Prior to this role, Rivera worked at the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization from March 2020 to February 2025, where positions included Director of Education & Events and Senior Manager of Education & Meetings. Rivera's career also includes serving as Events Director at McChrystal Group, Director of Group Sales at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and various roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Carr Workplaces. Rivera's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts and a Business Certificate in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication from Duquesne University.
