Juliana Fishleigh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Juliana began their career as an Intern at Winfield Park District in 2011. Juliana also served as a New Member Educator at Sigma Kappa Sorority in 2011 and as a Spring Event Coordinator at Washington Early Childhood School in 2012. From 2007 to 2011, Juliana worked at Wheaton Sport Center, initially as an Aquatics Supervisor and later as a Swim Coach. In 2013, they joined Autism Speaks as an Intern and also took on the role of Account Administrator at The American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers. Juliana further expanded their professional experience at Association Management Center, where they worked as an Account Coordinator from 2013 to 2017 and as an Operations Manager in 2017. Juliana then joined the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), where they held positions as the Volunteer Coordinator from 2014 to 2017, Governance and Executive Office Manager from 2017 to 2021, Senior Governance and Executive Office Manager in 2021, and is currently serving as the Chief of Staff.
Juliana Fishleigh began their education journey in 2009 when they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Juliana pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management and completed their studies in 2013. After taking a break from academia, Juliana continued their education in 2015 at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Juliana enrolled in their Master of Business Administration program with a concentration in Public Administration. Juliana successfully completed their MBA in 2017.
