Adelaide Hsu

Adelaide Hsu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in housing and redevelopment, currently serving as Faculty at the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) since November 2021. As a Principal Consultant at Consulting Link, starting in August 2021, Adelaide specializes in grant writing and program support. Prior roles include Project Manager at California Consulting, Inc., where expertise in grant writing and funding analysis was developed, and Program Coordinator for the City of Pomona, responsible for managing key housing programs and increasing funding through successful grants. Early career accomplishments include serving as a Housing Program Specialist for Orange County Government, where the Housing Choice Voucher Home Ownership Program was successfully launched, and as Home Ownership Coordinator for the County of San Mateo, where similar programs were implemented.
