Jackie Taboada

Jackie Taboada currently serves as the Director of Professional Development and Certification at the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) since November 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing program operations, managing budgets and staff, streamlining departmental processes, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance profitability and partnerships. Prior experience includes working as the Senior Manager of Coalition Development and Technical Assistance at CADCA, and as an Analyst for Youth and Adult Education at ICF, overseeing technical assistance for the Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program. Jackie began a career in research as a Research Assistant at ICF International and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
