Imma Lugtu holds an MBA and an MHA, currently working at the Methodist Health System as a Senior Project Leader in Performance Improvement. Imma also serves as the President Elect of NALHE DFW and the Editor-in-Chief of La Mesa Emerging Leader Magazine. Imma has experience in project coordination, publication creation, and patient engagement within the healthcare industry. Imma has a background in operations analysis and data reporting from their time as an Operations Intern at Medical City Healthcare. Their educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas, as well as an MBA and MHA from Texas Woman's University.
