Melissa H. Molina-Trinidad

Melissa H. Molina-Trinidad, MBA, LSSGB, C-TAGME is the Director of Chapter Operations at the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives. Melissa H. is also a Senior Program Coordinator in the Department of Surgery at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. In addition, Melissa H. holds leadership roles as the Women and Latinx Employee Resource Group Leader. Melissa is the Founder and President of NALHE, a national organization for Latino/Latina executive leaders in the U.S. Melissa H. has a diverse background in healthcare administration and a strong educational foundation with an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Mercy University.
