James Grande has a diverse work experience in government affairs and political affairs. James began their career as a Special Assistant to the Speaker for Newt Gingrich in 1995. James then worked as the Director of Political Affairs for PCI from 2002 to 2005. In 2006, they joined the U.S. Department of Labor as a Senior Legislative Director. In 2007, they transitioned to the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), where they held the roles of Senior Vice President of Federal and Political Affairs and later SVP Government Affairs.
James Grande earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Oswego, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
