Maia Matvei Reid, MBA has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Maia began their career in 2012 as the Vice President of Education and University Relations at NSHMBA. In 2013, they became the Strategic Alliance Chief Development Officer at the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). In 2016, they took on the role of General Manager at Benihana.

Maia Matvei Reid has an MBA in International Business and Finance from Barry University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Trade Cooperative University of Moldova. Maia also holds Certificates of Continuing Education from National Seminars Training for "Mastering The 8 Tennets Of Value-Based Leadership" and "Assertiveness Skills for Managers and Supervisors", as well as a Certified Food Safety Manager from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP).
