Andrea Moore

Andrea Moore, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent development. Andrea began their career at Target in 2006, where they served as an Executive Team Lead in Human Resources until 2010. Moore then moved on to Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they worked as an Assistant Human Resources Director from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they joined the National Council for Behavioral Health as the Human Resources Director, a position they held until 2017. For the past three years, Moore has been with the National Association of REALTORS® in various roles, starting as the Director of Talent Development and Resources and currently serving as the Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Opportunity.

Andrea Moore, SPHR, SHRM-SCP attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from an unknown start year until 2006. Prior to that, they also attended the National Cathedral School until 2003. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM and a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
