Charlie Lee

Charlie Lee serves as Senior Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at the National Association of REALTORS® since March 2018, having previously held various legal positions within the organization and the Appraisal Institute. Responsibilities include providing legal counsel to association leadership, drafting and negotiating a wide range of legal agreements, overseeing trademark and copyright matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Charlie Lee's extensive legal experience also includes litigation of employment cases, drafting appellate briefs, and performing legal research in previous roles at multiple law firms and government entities. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Baccalaureate Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
