Darren Hoffman has extensive experience in customer experience and marketing roles. Darren currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at the National Association of REALTORS® where they started and manages the Customer Experience department. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Experience at Realogy Holdings Corp., where they launched and managed the Customer Experience department for Coldwell Banker. Darren also has experience as the Director of Public Relations & Communications at ERA Franchise Systems and Senior Manager of Product Marketing & Commercial Development at Control Point Solutions. In addition, they held the position of Senior Manager of Global Marketing at Tyco International and worked at AT&T in various roles, including Manager of Communication Programs and Bids & Proposal Coordinator. Throughout their career, they have focused on leveraging data analytics, developing strategic initiatives, and improving customer perceptions and interactions.
Darren Hoffman obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Stockton University in 1995.
