Cindy Lew

Cindy Lew is an experienced professional in customer experience and health & safety, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience Excellence at Grainger Canada since April 2015, where prior roles included Sr. Program Manager and Director of the Enterprise PMO. Before joining Grainger, Cindy worked at Walmart Canada Corp. for over 13 years, holding positions such as Director of Environment, Health & Safety and National Health & Safety Manager. Cindy Lew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health & Safety from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
