Dr. Jessica Lautz

Dr. Jessica Lautz has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dr. Jessica began their career as a Research Assistant at the National Alliance for Caregiving in 2002 and then worked as a Research Associate at the National Association for College Admission Counseling from 2004 to 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Research Analyst at Westat. Dr. Jessica then joined the National Association of Realtors as a Senior Research Analyst from 2007 to 2008. Following this, they became the Director of Research at the American Staffing Association from 2008 to 2009. Currently, Dr. Lautz holds the position of Deputy Chief Economist and VP of Research at the National Association of REALTORS®, which they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at the National Association of REALTORS®, including Vice President of Demographics & Behavioral Insights from 2018 to 2022, Director of Demographics and Behavioral Insights in 2018, Director of Survey Research and Communications from 2014 to 2018, Director of Member & Consumer Survey Research from 2013 to 2014, Manager of Member & Consumer Survey Research from 2011 to 2013, and Research Economist from 2009 to 2011.

Dr. Jessica Lautz earned a Bachelor's degree in Law and Justice and Political Science from Central Washington University in 2002. Dr. Jessica later pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy from American University, completing it in 2004. In 2019, they obtained their Doctor of Real Estate degree from Nottingham Trent University.
