Karen Bebart has over 25 years of experience in various marketing and communications roles. Karen started their career as an Assistant Account Executive at Marsh and McLennan, Maginnis Division in 1992, before becoming an Account Executive. In 1999, they joined the National Association of REALTORS® as a Marketing Manager, eventually rising to the position of Vice President of Marketing and Digital Marketing. Karen also served as the Managing Director of Marketing and the Vice President of Member Marketing & Communications. In 2013, Bebart became the Chief Marketing Officer at REALTOR® University. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Consumer Strategy & Brand Advertising at the National Association of REALTORS®, where they were responsible for developing and implementing consumer-focused strategies and brand advertising initiatives.
