Karen Miller-Ricks, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Program Manager at the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) since January 2018 and holds adjunct faculty positions at Mary Baldwin University and Virginia Commonwealth University. Previously, Karen contributed to NASA as a Senior Program Analyst and Digital Learning Network Coordinator from 2008 to 2018. Karen's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy from Hampton University, a Master of Science in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessments from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Old Dominion University.
