Elizabeth Wolfe serves as the Deputy Chief Legal Officer at NASBA since November 2018, providing legal counsel on various regulatory matters impacting the CPA profession and its related jurisdictions. Wolfe's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Regulatory Counsel and Regulatory Counsel at NASBA, and previous positions such as Assistant General Counsel at the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, where regulatory rule-making was drafted and overseen. Wolfe has also contributed to the Tennessee General Assembly as an attorney and gained litigation experience as an Associate Attorney in employment law. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Belmont University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
