Erik Mrena

Erik Mrena serves as the Director of Risk Management and Deputy Chief Legal Officer at Bluefors since September 2020, focusing on enterprise risk management, business continuity, and legal compliance, particularly in privacy management and corporate governance. With extensive experience in legal roles, Erik has previously held positions such as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at the Natural Resources Institute Finland, and Senior Legal Counsel at Metsähallitus, among others. In addition to founding Rudium Law Ltd., Erik has participated in professional communities, such as TechGC, enhancing knowledge sharing among General Counsels. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki and an Executive Qualification in Business and HR Management.
